Contacting Billy

You can request an estimate by calling or emailing Billy. Phone and email links open the corresponding application on your device. The email button prepares a draft; you choose what to include and send it from your email account. The website does not submit an online form or add you to a marketing list.

How the information is used

Billy uses the details you share to respond, discuss an estimate and coordinate a potential project. Messages may remain in the business email account for follow-up and business records. You can ask about or request deletion of your inquiry by contacting estimates@villafrancosenterprise.com.

Website operation

The website’s fonts and images are delivered with its own files. It does not currently use advertising trackers, third-party analytics or tracking cookies. The web host may keep ordinary access logs, including IP addresses.

Phone and email providers

Calls and emails use your chosen provider and the business’s phone or email provider. Please avoid including sensitive personal or financial information in an initial estimate request.
